Make Daily Report Notes field separate from Comments

Currently notes and comments are comingled in the daily report record. We are using the notes field for general information regarding the days activites or to record general events not associated with any one labor entry.

Since comments can't be separated from this information all comments show on the daily report with the notes even though they are not pertinent to the notes.

Please setup the comments in its own tab like on other records and keep a text field for notes.
