Enhancement description:
Create a link for downloading attachments or give the end-user a warning when emailing a report + attachments that are over typical email server receive size limits.
What are we trying to accomplish?
Avoid email server rejection due to attachment size limitations.
How is the lack of functionality affecting the business?
Users think they emailed out a record and that a subcontractor has received all necessary attachments via email, but the email was rejected and no notice is given to the end-user. Recipients don't have the information they need even though the end-user thinks that they do.
Suggested implementation:
Option A (preferred): Automatically create and include a link in the email to the recipient that will directly download the combined report + attachments PDF when the recipients click it, without the recipient having to log in.
Option B: Pop up a warning when a user is emailing from the system and the attachments exceed the typical receive size limitations.
