I would like to change the daily report template to only show manpower (amount of workers on the jobsite) and not hours worked.

Having the number of hours worked on a daily report is usually not required at all. This will make the process of compiling information even more difficult, since I will have to edit the final version of the daily report for every day of the year a subcontractor is on the jobsite.
