Include Company Name with User Name in RFI/Submittal comments

Right now, multiple design team members and owners go into the RFI and/or Submittal modules to respond to our submissions. The Comments tab in each record only gives the name of the individual, not the company name. So, when we print the record to pdf or route it to the team, many people are confused as to which company responded - was it the AOR, an EOR, or just the GC making comments?
