Improve Navigation by providing settings to automatically open additional labelled tabs for open records and links.

When going back and forth between various records (For example RFI's, Submittals, Drawings) and links within records the website does not have an option to automatically open new tabs to allow for back and forth. You can use duplicate tab manually in the browser, but this should automatically do this for an enterprise solution.
