Improve data entry experience for modifying Drawing set row information. Display jumps at each selection.

When modifying ProjectSight Drawing set information after uploading, the screen oddly moves the row to the middle of the grid at each selection. This jumping when trying to edit fields in the grid is very distracting. You mouse click a row near the top or bottom and it jumps that row to the middle to edit.
