Impersonate user

As a project or portfolio admin I need the ability to impersonate another user so that I can validate their security settings or provide application support.

Current methods of creating alternate logins - such as a gmail account - create unnecessary fake users and do not allow an admin to view what the specific user is viewing on their screen - ex: their company records - preventing specific support of that user, or validating their security setting views.
