Hide Closed Meeting Minute Action Items

When you change status from open to close on your meeting it will auto populate the closed item into the next meeting created. Make it optional to hide the closed items from the previous meeting.

    No items should be optional to hide closed items on the meeting when the item is closed. The following meeting should then remove the closed item automatically. No manual involvement should be required.
