Have the Profit and Overhead auto calculate based on % billed.

I would like the Profit and Overhead be auto populated. The Overhead and Profit SOV would be put in with the first application for payment (and changed with Prime contract CO's) and then would be auto calculated based on the % billed. For example, if my profit and overhead is $100,000 and I bill for 20% of the work then the profit and overhead would automatically be $20,000.
