Font Settings for Action Item Comment/Description/Question

When adding a description, question or comment, there is no opportunity to change the font size, bold, underline, color change etcetera. Nor do these font settings transfer over from an email response to inside project sight.

It would be helpful to have even minimal font settings, such as the following. These allow specific text to stand out, draw importance and allow email to be properly transferred over.

* Font Size
* Bold
* Italic
* Underline
* Primary Colors
