Folder move/management

Enhancement description:

Add ability to move folders in File Library.

What is the customer trying to accomplish?

Move folders in the File library.

How is the lack of functionality affecting their business?

There are a number of situations when it would be convenient to move folders(either individually or as a group) in the File Library. One such situation occurs when nomenclature is changed midway through a project. There is no way to move folders to the new location.

Suggested implementation:

Provide a method to select and move folders.

Workaround:

The workaround would be to create a temporary folder in the desired location, move the files to that, delete the original folder and then rename the temporary folder. This is time consuming and may result in mistakes and resulting rework.
