File Library Security not in sync with security roles
Currently the file library does not honor security settings from the users security roles. We have a security role for outside consultants that does not allow access to Budget and Cost Management. The same security role allows access to the file library. When users with that security role access the file library they have full access to all Budget and Cost Management document unless in a second step the file library security is administered accordingly.
This is a serious security issue and needs to be addressed asap.
The issue from an administrative standpoint is furthermore that the security can only be manually adjusted to prevent access once a record has been saved. As admin, there is not control over when a regular user saves a document with a budget and cost management record and therefore those files will be exposed until the security is manually adjusted.
