File Library Notification

Provide the ability for users to subscribe to folders in the File Library to be notified when changes are made to the folder. Like Converge.

    This would allow members within multiple teams/locations and subcontractors to have visibility of additions or changes to sets of information within folders and allow more clarity and quicker information sharing.

    I don't think that we should be adding more autogenerated email notifications. We receive too many as it is and it clutters inboxes.

    This is a key feature in TC1 where users can subscribe to any folder so they get notified. We use document folders that are out of scope of the regular modules (like drawings that are in design phase during Pre-Con) and no one knows that a consultant uploaded a file. We also use this to upload our job billings we do in Vista so our customer's accounting users know we've uploaded the backup files and invoices. It's a crucial need for us.
