Email Notifications should carry Nomenclature Overrides

See attached marked up photo. We renamed 'Field Work Directives' to 'Project Notes' to fit our workflow, but email notifications still reflect default nomenclature. We would like the email notifications to carry the portfolio and project nomenclature overrides.
