Email Notification Should Identify the RFI's "Importance"

If an RFI is flagged as "Urgent" or "High", the email notification should clearly identify this to the review parties. Please add the "importance" status in the subject field and in the body of the email. URGENT RFI's should either be flagged or differentiated by color (RED).

This should work with Submittals too.
