Drawing Revision-Specific Annotations and Markups Merged

Drawing Annotations carry forward to new revisions automatically, and while this is useful it does not apply to all annotations and links placed in a drawing revision. If there are revision-specific markups in revision 1, and revision 2 is added, the markups that are contextually specific to revision 1 are displayed in revision 2. There are some ways to work around this using record link status filtering in the drawing viewer, except for file system links. Files don't have statuses that can be filtered out in drawings like RFIs and others can.

Users are looking for a way to either specify if a markup is version specific (i.e. not to be carried forward) or have a way to filter out file annotations based on a status or timestamp.
