Customizable PCO Logs Sorted by Company/Budget Code

Currently we can only download reports based on the data that applies to the PCO as a whole.

We need some way to customize the reports so that we can select what data from inside each PCO we would like to see. This would allow us to review the total items assigned to each company or budget code from within all our PCOs, what their current status is, and the value/risk each one carries.

Something similar to the query creation function that Prolog had but the export is formatted in a report ready to be presented.
