Create XSD file in the PCCO area to be able to see PCO Items detail

The PrimeContractCOPCOLinks xsd file does not have any PCO Item level fields available, necessary to update a report that used to work in ProjectSight but suddenly stopped working. Fields that clients are asking to see on the report include PCO Item, PCO Item Budget Code, PCO Item Description, PCO Items Company Name and PCO Items Budget Applied Amount.
