Create a, "Date Submitted" field, in the PCO Module

In the PCO Module, it would be very beneficial to have a "Date Submitted" field to help track the PCO proccesses. With this field, you can also create more accurate PCO logs to track when a PCO was created, when the PCO was submitted to the Owner, and when the PCO was approved by the Owner. This can also help track financial risk, and the true length of time it takes to get a PCO approved.

    When PCOs are turned into CO they records are linked allowing you to track the life cycle of the PCO.
