Contracts to have Wage Decision and Certified Payroll Tab

Wage Decisions and Certified Payroll are very important aspects to include in contracts. I suggest adding a whole tab that could outline the requierments of any public works projects with fields for the Wage Decision Number, who to turn in Certified Payroll to, etc.
