Contract Security Restrictions

In the contract module, where you drop down to pick your contract type, anyone can click on and off the "is committing" check mark. There is currently not a way to control this in the portfolio settings for the contract or in the security roles. Create this to be a view only option or have the ability to restrict users from selecting the is committing function.
