Contract cost forecasts to feed Budget forecast

The cost forecast module allows you to create individual contract forecasts or total budget forecasts by budget code. It would be very helpful if the individual contract forecasts, which are fed by SOV start/finish dates, fed directly into the forecast for the budget code forecast to which that contract is assigned. The idea would be that if all contract SOVs has good start/finish dates, the budget forecast could accumulate all of the forecasts for each contract and use that data to project forward out of the budget.
