Budget/Cost Allocations - Management

Can you enable it so we can disable certain allocations we do not want our users to utilize.

    We also need to simplify the Budget and Cost allocations to only a few to avoid confusion. If they choose the wrong one, different columns get updated, which we might not be looking at for some reports and will have major impact on cost forecasting. It would be helpful to have an "Inactivate" or "Active" checkbox for each of these types so they're not removed, but just not visible to users.
