Better Project Templates
I think templates need to be a special type of project, and they should have some sort of version control & change log available to them. That way, we could create jobs from a job template and then see what version of the template was used when we created the project.
Template Upgrades
* Separated from projects list
* Version control, with the ability to roll-back to older versions
* Change Log (either automatically produced or require input from administration who modifies the template)
* Apply template to existing jobs to update the following items:
** File Library structure (with option to ignore template permissions or override project-specific permissions when applying new template version)
** Checklists
** Record Settings (with option to select which record settings to apply)
