Being Able to EDIT RFI, PCO or Submittal Pkg Numbers

It would be very helpful to behave the option to edit the numbers for RFI, PCO, Submittal Pkg's, etc. as there are numerous times that a number is created incorrectly and needs to be revised and the only way to do that is by creating a entire new document. It would save a lot of time, if it could be revised, even if it had to be revised via portfolio admin.
