As-Built Export Flexibility
Enhancement description:
From the list view, we should be able to download all of the drawings and select which record types are included.
What are we trying to accomplish?
Quickly download multiple (or all) as-built drawings with only the markups we want, e.g. RFIs.
How is the lack of functionality affecting the business?
Today, to download an as-built that only shows the RFIs and provides the linked files with the download, you have to go sheet by sheet and use the layers panel to show only RFI records before downloading the drawing. This is incredibly time-consuming and should be possible from the list view.
Suggested implementation:
Clicking the download button from the list view should give users the option to select exactly what record types they want to include in the as-built instead of just having options for Public Markups and Private Markups.
