Allow the ability to pick certain weather times

The automation of weather entries is a nice feature. However, having an 8 entries seems to be too much on the daily report if you choose an 8 hour time period. There are times when you have a day crew and night crew as well. Allowing the ability to pick multiple times you wish to generate the weather would be beneficial.
