Allow for manual entry of data in Specification Sets and Sections.

Occasionally, when uploading specifications, based off the way the PDF was typed, the wrong information is pulled by ProjectSight's automation. When editing already uploaded documents through the side panels in the program, it does not rearrange itself based off new data. For example, if the specification section was out of order - in my case it was because of the way the specification was typed on the PDF - when I manually changed it to reflect what it was, it did not rearrange itself in numerical order based off the new input. Pulling information automatically should be an option you can toggle off if the information is wrong, so that you can manually manipulate it. Manual entry should be an option that can be toggled on and off for the people who desire that option and for the rare occasions were the automation in ProjectSight is wrong and you do not want to have to delete the Set, download and edit the PDF in another program (such as Bluebeam), to then save, upload and hope it gets the order in correctly.
