Allow for default setting in markups tools

Currently the default red is not the best setting for conducting mark ups on submittals. Our default color is green for RFI's and submittals. It would be nice to be able to set and reset the default colors and sizing similar to bluebeam. Additionally there should be a "no border option for text boxes
