What are we trying to accomplish?

Accurately calculate our default PCO markups, per our contract.

How is the lack of functionality affecting the business?

We cannot accurately calculate our default PCO markups.

Suggested implementation:

Enable the percentage field in Record Settings > Potential Change Orders > Default Markups to support decimals into the thousandths.
