Allow columns to move in contacts tabs Merged

Enhancement description:

In Projectsight under the Contacts tab in Companies, the columns are static and can't be re-ordered or moved as needed. With how many columns there are in this menu it would be nice to allow users to move the most used ones to the left as they see fit, for convenience.

What are we trying to accomplish?

Make the Contacts tab more user friendly and convenient

How is the lack of functionality affecting us?

Users have to scroll back and forth a lot when inputting contact info

Suggested implementation:

Have the columns be movable, and save their positions per user.
