Alert Notification if Contact Email hasn’t been Entered

Request for an automated alert notification when sending reports, assignments, action items, etc. from ProjectSight to contacts that do not have an email address created/entered within the system. Currently, the report, assignment, etc. would continue to be sent without notifying the author that the recipients email is incorrect/incomplete.
