Adjust Submittal / RFI # after the fact

Sometimes there could be pre-existing RFI's or submittals prior to bringing everything onto Project Sight. Therefore, it would be helpful to adjust the numbers (start at a random number for your "first submittal" prior to uploading the "existing"). May also want to incorporate submittals from other trades where this would help with as well.
