Add Title/Subject to Transmittals

The Remarks section in each transmittal is useful for the details of the item. Sometimes, one transmittal will incorporate multiple items. So it will be helpful to add a Title or Subject line to summarize what is being transmitted.

    This would be a huge help! We would also need to allow that column to be displayed in the list and tile view.
