Here is the help section for the feature from Prolog. The client would find this feature handy and asked for it in Projectsight.

QuickText

QuickText enables you to create a list of commonly used text. Once you have added the text to the list, you can select from the list for quick entry into various boxes. You can use quick text to add text in such boxes as Notes or Comments. The QuickText feature can be used in any box, but should only be used in boxes that do not have a list from which you can select a value.
