Add the option to hide closed action items linked to meeting minutes topic when viewed in meeting minutes

Add an option to hide or filter action items in the meeting minutes Topics based on the action item status without deleting the actual action item record. The user wants to add this option since they add many action items under each Topic and it will make it easier if they can hide the closed ones to focus on pending action items only.
