Add the gear icon next to Project Settings in the menu

Once you select a Project and then select the menu, Portfolio Settings has a gear icon next to it but Project Settings is listed under the other modules as if it was a module to select and not a function to control overall settings. I suggest adding the icon to assist in general navigation and consistency.
