Add the ability to set the file library view as "List View" as the default in lieu of the "Tile View" being the default.

Similar to saving views in other modules, add the ability to save views to we can see the traditional folder when opening the file library. The list view is very similar to microsoft file explorer and we should be able to set this as the default view.
