Add "responsible company" to PCOs

Please add "responsible company" to PCOs for filtering and sorting, similar to the submittal module. It would be nice to be able to at a glance view all PCOs related to Subcontractor A vs. Subcontractor B vs. Subcontractor C, etc. Right now, the only wait to sort by a company is with assignments.
