Add record type and record number to the browser tab

with the ability to have multiple tabbed browser windows open now it would be helpful if the tabs would not all are labeled "Trimble ProjectSight" as it doesn't allow to identify what the content is. This makes navigating open records difficult.

Please label the tabs with record type and number information. The logo is sufficient to identify ProjectSight tabs.
