Add Pin to Map Location when project address does not exist, yet.

Many of our projects do not have a physical address until the project is complete. We have addresses listed on drawings, which is what we put on the project location for the front page. However if the address does not yet exist in Google Maps or some other service, is it possible to place the pin based latitude and longitude or a near by address to allow mapping to the site? I had a colleague attempt to use the pin in the system and was unable to locate the project. I was able to give him a close address to get him there, but he was wanting to use the link in the system.
