Add Default Role to Courtesy Copies

Ability to add a default User/Role to Courtesy Copies in addition to Assignment. Owners Reps often want to be copied on all RFIs, being able to set this in the workflow when assigning the default assignee would be beneficial.

    Please make this a priority, it will save us a lot of time and standardize our workflow.

    Also include default assignee's and/or CC's for work completion and punchlist items too. i.e. The Superintendent needs to be copied on all opened items.
