Ability to send a one time use email link for Drawings, RFI, Submittals, Contracts

It would be nice to have the ability to send one time links for drawings, RFI, submittals, change order and contracts. We try to add multiple users for the same company but find the foreman, project managers, and office staff are constantly changing.

Example - foreman does not have company email but has personal email. This person needs copied on one RFI or drawing. It makes no sense to add them as user that will never use the program again.

Example - controller or president of the company is the only person that reads and signs contracts and change orders. This person does not want to be copied on drawing updates and other project information.

Example - need to get a quick quote of bid for material, so you can send a link with the drawings without adding a user and company.
