Ability to resize (enlarge) thumbnail images in reports

Client would like to be able to resize the linked thumbnails in reports (mainly enlarge), so it isn't necessary to enter system to view, and especially if someone doesn't have access to enter the system.

    Also if a Drawing or Spec is linked, show the full scale image on the reports.
