Ability to Filter out Closed PCOs in Change Order Request

Some PCOs are handled internally using money form contingency or other means and the record is closed without ever having progressing to a COR or PCCO. However these PCOs can be seen and possible linked accidentally to a COR because even though the record is closed it still shows up as a lining option because it has not be linked to a previous COR record. Adding the filter for Status or IsClosed would be extremely beneficial and reduce potential mistakes by users.
