What is the customer trying to accomplish?

Client want to drag and drop email attachments or files from a folder into the file library using Chrome or Firefox. This functionality works in Edge but not in Chrome or Firefox.

How is the lack of functionality affecting their business?

Client wants to save time managing files within Projectsight. Having the ability to drag and drop attachment from an email saves time without having to download the attachment first in the local drive and then drag it to the file library.

Suggested implementation:

Ability to Drag and Drop attachments from email or file folder into Projectsight File Library using Chrome and Firefox

Describe any workarounds?

Save the attachment locally on the machine and then drag and drop.
