Ability to Create Custom Forms

There are numerous forms companies have that do not fall under any of the current forms. I would like the ability to take UDF's further and create simple forms to cover these. Some examples include: theft reports, injury reports, warranty requests, etc.

    It would be helpful just to be able to add line breaks in between UDFs with title blocks and to be able input text above or below custom fields. Even though it's not a full blown form, it would help to improve the layout of the Additional Info tab.

    This is critical component especially as it pertains to the daily report tool. Currently the tool does not allow for any customizable fields / prompts and basically allows for automatic weather data, miscellaneous notes and slow uploading of photos. As a site reporting tool, this needs major improvements to enable customizable prompts for critical data collection on individual trades, safety inspections, site meetings, issues/incidents, general progress, deliveries, mock-ups, delays, etc.
