Ability to control dates by business days

All the dates for Due dates etc need the ability to control dates not just by "Calendar Days, but "Business Days" to account for weekends, holidays etc. When we set a default due date to be 10 days for submittals, it's really 10 business days, meaning M-F and excluding holidays, not just 10 days from the date of entry.
