Ability to Batch Edit Submittal Packages

Currently bulk changes to submittal package data can't be made form the record grid or export spreadsheet. Please add bulk edit to submittal packages. We have to bulk assign author company and contact information after the packages are setup, when the buyout is completed. Currently we would have to update each individual record.
