Ability to Asssign Default Mark-Ups to Specific Contracts

Currently, when you apply a Default Mark-Up to a PCO, you have to go through and assign each line to a specific contract. It would be helpful to be able to assign each mark up to a specific contract during set up. Like you can assign it to a specific budget code during set up.
